My name is Lydia, Iam kind, hardworking and a good communicator. Iam patient, a good listener and enjoy working closely with others especial older people, dementia, learning disability, Iam friendly and chatty. I have 8 years' experience working in the care industry and have developed a compassionate approach. I work hard to get to know my clients, so I can help them enjoy their interests and hobbies.
Iam very patient person and am always happy to work at my client's pace, following their lead. I enjoy my job and like talking with clients as I perform my duties. I have worked with people with dementia, learning disability, speech and language therapy. I also have experience of anxiety and depression care; I am experienced in personal grooming and enjoy helping clients look their best, I can assist with eating, cooking light meals, going on holidays.
